Using the Search field searches all of the fields while using the filtering option only displays the results from the selected column and hides the remaining messages. For example, if the subject column is selected (appears in bold), using the filtering option will search only the Subject field for the keyword. Using the Search button option will return any message that has the keyword in any field (to, cc, bcc, subject and body).


Search: To search a mailbox/folder, open the Mailbox page first, type the word in the search field and then click the Search button.
Remove Search: To display all items in the mailbox/folder, delete any text in the Search field and click the Search button.
Filtering Messages: Select the column to filter by clicking once on the column header, type the word in the filter field that you would like to retrieve, and then click the Filter button.
Remove Filter: Remove the text from the filter field, and then click the Filter button.
